FULFILLMENT POLICY
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day trial on all UpLyft systems purchased for home use. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery with a full refund on any shipping costs and lease or purchase payments, however the customer may be responsible for repossession and/or repair costs of their UpLyft system when applicable. No refunds will be processed beyond 30 days of the product delivery date. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
DELIVERY POLICY
We begin the fulfillment process for all orders upon receipt of a deposit or purchase order. All UpLyft systems ship upon receipt of payment or once a customer’s lease agreement has been signed and completed. We ship to anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. Shipping times vary per state or province. Generally, you can expect to have your UpLyft system set-up in your home or facility within 2-3 weeks of the shipment date, but there may be situations of lost goods or scheduling complications resulting in longer delays. Customers must schedule a delivery, set-up & training date with an UpLyft representative. At this time, we do not ship internationally except for Canada. If you do not receive your product within 4 weeks, please contact us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are fully refundable and customers may cancel their order at any point in time PRIOR to the product shipment date. Once an order has shipped, a customer may still cancel their order and receive a full refund of their deposit, but may be subject to a cancellation fee.
